Footer and default layout

  • Greetings!

    How can I customize number of footer widgets with default layout. For example can I set 3 footer widgets (in a row)? The default number is 2.
    BTW in widgets settings there are 3 footer widgets (left, midle and right), but seems it ignores left widget.
