Footer and Header not showing on the pages

    Hello,

    I’m trying to fix this issue for a few weeks already with no success.
    When editing the Revolution Slider, I noticed that my header and footer disappeared from the page. I managed to make the header visible, even though it looks completely different now and I can’t browse my media library to find the uploaded images, such as logo, to add in the header (as well as a “Book now” widget from UMAI which is used for the reservations). But the footer is just not showing at all anymore.

    I’m using Elementor for editing pages, as well as Slider Revolution and the REON theme for restaurants. The page was initially created by another person who told me that the issue with headers / footers had already happened in the past, but she doesn’t know how to solve it.

    I would appreciate help with fixing this issue.

    Please try the following –
    Follow the steps in these guides: Create headers | Create footers using Elementor theme builder

    If your display conditions are properly set, go to your homepage Settings and check if your homepage is set to Elementor Canvas layout.

    If this is not the case, to rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

    If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Sixteen and see if it makes any difference.

    Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Elementor, WordPress & your theme. Sometimes it isn’t apparent that there is an update available. Go to Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.

    In case it is a theme or plugin conflict, please contact the developers for a solution.

    Hi Talmo, thanks for your reply.
    The header and footer are created with the Builder Header Footer.
    When I set the homepage to Elementor Canvas, the header disappears completely (even the default one). I have already used the Health Check plugin, and I’m almost sure the conflict is between the Slider revolution and the Builder Header Footer plugins.
    I already tried switching the theme and the problem persists.

    Please try contacting the author of your plugins, for extra guidance.
