footer background will not change

    I am working on this site: https://www.stevegrayrecordingartist.com

    I am trying to change the footer to a customized footer.jpg that I created and it will not change for nothing.

    I even went into the style.css and changed some footer atributes with no hex color at all and it will still not change.

    Can someone please help me figure this out?
