  • Hello @frankfaes,

    Thank you for contacting us!

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to reproduce the mentioned issues on a local instance. Can you please try to reproduce them on a test environment and send us the URLs of the pages where the issues are happening? This way, we can have a closer look and come up with a solution.

    Best regards,

    Irinel

    Hi Irinel,

Thank you for coming back on this topic.

I deactivated the theme, that’s why you can’t reproduce the issues.
You can use these two URL’s in a staging environment:
    https://www.faesentertainment.nl/neve-staging/?product_cat=racebanen
    https://www.faesentertainment.nl/neve-staging/?product=lasergamen-blauw

    Best regards,

I’ve got an update on the two issues.

    Footer:
On some pages the footer is shown the right way (fe https://www.faesentertainment.nl/neve-staging/?page_id=10). On all the others I see the shifted version.

    Dropdown arrow:
This is related to Elementor. I’ve deactivated the Elementor plugin which resolves in the appearing of the arrows. Looks like there is a conflict between Neve and Elementor on this point. My current theme does not have this issue.

    Hi @frankfaes,

Thank you for providing the staging environment and more details regarding this issues. I managed to see them on your website but I still couldn’t replicate them on a local instance.

Are you using any Elementor templates where the issue is happening? There can be a conflict with Neve and how the templates are built, not with Elementor itself.

    (@frankfaes)

I’m indeed using Elementor (pro) templates for the productlist pages and single product pages. The ‘my account’ page is not a template.
Furthermore I have the following templates: homepage, 404, search results and the contact page.

Not sure if it helps, but these are the Elementor ID’s:
    Single product: [elementor-template id=”4757″]
    Product archive: [elementor-template id=”4736″]

    Hello @frankfaes,

Thank you for further looking into this!

Can you try to change the the page width of the Elementor template that is used on the shop page and see if the issue is fixed?

If it persists, please get in touch with their support team and see what can be done in their product in order to fix this.

    Best regards,

    Irinel
