As we checked we do not have any recent changes in the Footer builder – https://wpastra.com/changelog/astra-theme/

Probably, there could be a conflict with some code or plugin, please try basic troubleshooting as you mention it can’t be found on other sites with the same version.

If the issue persists, please open a quick ticket with us through our Support Portal and also share the topic URL so that our team can help you out quickly.
