Footer Code Only Displaying While Logged In to WP

  • I’ve tried to different footer plugins. Header code writes to the pages with not issues, but footer code only renders while loading a web page while logged into wordpress.

    Any ideas? I use Avada theme, but not sure that matters in this case.

  • Are you using your own header and footer script or using a page builder or a plugin that is specifically for header and footer? Are there any PHP errors (via your webhost or log files)? Are there any JavaScript errors through the web inspector? Is there a specific setting in your environment that specifies the footer to be visible to logged-in and non-logged in users?

    I figured it out. I had to clear the WP cache. I determined this when I put in a second plugin with the same result.
