“Footer Copyright Text” Section – Adding HTML

  • Greetings, Ascend Support,

    I would like to add an additional phrase with hyperlinks to the “Footer Copyright Text” section. The phrase I would like to add is the same as the last bullet on–

    Would you folks be able to offer a means to accomplish this?

    Hey Michael,
    You can add a page break into your footer copyright text section like this <br/> then add your phrase after that. Would that work for you?

    Yes, that works, thank you!

    For some reason, I was incorrectly remembering that HTML code could not be added to the the “Footer Copyright Text” field (WP > Appearance > Theme Options > Footer Settings). I should have again tried before writing you and I do apologize.
