    Hello @simonsworld,

Thank you for using Neve and for reaching out!

This might be caused by a plugin conflict thus please deactivate all plugins then start activating them one by one whilst checking to see if the issue persists. Once you found the faulty plugin, please replace it with another one that doesn’t cause trouble.

Thank you and please let us know if this worked for you!

Hi, i think this is not a plugin conflict, i make a rollback to v3-0-4 and it works! but now i have this layout problem.. i try to update again to 3.0.5

Update: if i’m update from 3.0.4 to 3.0.5 the customizable options are lost, i see only the copyright, if i make a rollback to 3.0.4 i have all customizable options back.. so i have to switch versions every time i need to change positions (layout) or add things (costumazible)… 3.0.5 is not clean!

    PHP: 7.4
    Host: 1&1 (WordPress Host)
    WordPress: newest version 5.8.1

    Update 2:
    With Neve Theme v3.0.4: https://ibb.co/qp1DbkY
    With Neve Theme v3.0.5: https://ibb.co/D94jTJn

I am stuck with exactly the same problem after the latest theme update. How did you made an rollback @simonsworld? Plugin-wise or manual downloading the theme?

@nickvb from the desgin page, if you klick the Neve theme you have in the down, left a botton and it’s say: “Rollback to v3.0.4”
is this not a standard feature from wordpress? if not, is this a hoster “1&1” plugin.. but i’m new in the wordpress world, i come from drupal and this is my first wordpress project.. but i think plug-in wise or manuall it’s the same result

    Hi @simonsworld and @nickvb!

Unfortunately we are not able to replicate this issue. On our test instances everything appears properly in the Footer section within the Customizer after the update, so there is a chance for the issue to be caused by a conflict. Please try to install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin and enable the troubleshooting mode, which will deactivate all plugins. If the issue disappears this way, you can enable the plugins one by one and check which one causes the issue to appear, then replace it with an alternative plugin.

Let us know how this goes!

    Have a nice day!

Hi @luciamarinescu I was able to fix the problem by switching from Firefox to Edge. A bit strange, because it worked before correctly in Firefox.

@nickvb I am glad you found a workaround in the meantime! If everything works properly on Edge, it may be a caching issue on Firefox. Please try to clear the cache, the issue should disappear this way.

yes, it’s a cache problem, now it works on my firefox with 3.0.5!

Great, I’m happy it works properly now!

I experienced same issue. The footer customiser and Available components do not show up in Firefox. But I tried it in Edge and it works. Also checked it in Chrome and it works, so it might be a Firefox specific issue.

    Hello @acurran!

The issue may appear due to a caching problem. Please follow the suggestion made above and clear the cache.

    Have a good day!
