Footer differences in IE and FF

    I’m trying to code a page that looks the same in both IE and FF, if you scroll to the bottom, you’ll notice that in IE the main container runs through the footer, but in FF it doesn’t. Does anyone know how I can get it to not run through the container in IE? Thanks
