Footer ended up in sidebar –

You could be missing or have excess a </div> tag.

possibly two missing </div> in the ‘Advertisement’ section in the sidebar (?)

I fixed up a few of the div tags and its back on the bottom but slightly off center…

After correcting those, if you still have problems, try using a tool such as Firebug to help you modify the CSS to fix the layout issues.
