    You can use this selectors:
    1. To make the whole footer sticky: .site-footer
    2. Just the row with the buttons: #footer-widgets
    3. Just the buttons: .inside-footer-widgets

    Depending on your theme and layout not all might look good so you will have to try and see which one looks best.
