When having the minify enabled on the w3 plugin on my website, https://www.deanpugh.com, on any page, page load seems to jump to the bottom of the page for a second before jumping back to the top of the page.
As soon as minify is disabled, the page loads at the top as normal.
What would be causing this to flicker to the bottom of the page? And how do I go about resolving it?

    Thanks

I’ve managed to locate the issue, but still am struggling to find a fix.

It appears that one of the JavaScript files is the one causing the flicker. The file is listed under the JS File Management on the minify page, scripts.min.js.

I’ve tried listing it under JS files not to minify, and have also moved the order in the File Management section, while also trying to change the embed location, but with no success.

Does anyone have any further suggestions?

I fixed it! After I had managed to find out that it was the JavaScript file, and that it I removed the minify option, it worked, I looked into other solutions, and options around minify and javascript.

Under the General Settings, there is a Minify section, and changing the JS Minifier option to one of the other options fixed the issue. I eventually settled on Google Closure Compiler (Web Service) because it fixed the overall issue, and also didn’t affect the Google PageInsight score

    Woohoo!
