    Hi all!
    I’d like to have my footer to be white with black text. It is currently white with black text, but has a grey box behind it. How do I get rid of the grey box?Also, how do I change the font size? I’d like to make my menu items/titles to be smaller…
    Lastly…how do I add Product Category Photos with links to my front/main page? I went to the Homepage Control section, but there are no widgets to drag… When I click on the info, it doesn’t say anything about the widgets not being there…
    Thanks so much for any help that you may offer!

    These are the only options that I have:

    At the 1:52 and about 2:40 mark, he has many more options. What happened to mine? Strange….
    Thank you so much!!

    I really need the Home Image module…
    Do you know what happened to my options/modules, why they’re not there?
    Thank you again so much! Now, I just want to know why mine are not showing up, what has happened to them…

    To add more than one category to a product you can specify by adding category id’s like this: [product_categories number="12" ids="" parent="0"]
    You can change the title fonts by pasting this in your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings:

    .product-category.grid_item a h5 {
      font-family: sans-serif;
    }

    Sorry, I should have specified that the tutorials are made for the premium themes so all the options/settings will not be the same. But you should still have the drag and drop option in Theme Options > Home Layout. I need a login to see your link so I’m not sure what you’re seeing.

    Hey,
    This is a plugin https://docs.woothemes.com/document/homepage-control/ for woo themes. Not for virtue.

    If you have the premium theme there are more options that you can simply enable.

    But the woocommerce plugin is also designed to add shortcodes. It’s as simple as copying and pasting the shortcode into the page content. If you make the front page a static page you can add the shortcode to your page content. Or use a plugin like pagebuilder. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/siteorigin-panels/

    Thank you both SO much! I’m slowly figuring things out. ??
    I’m soon close to getting it where I want it- I will try to add these shortcodes and if I have a hard time, I’ll just buy the premium version tomorrow.
    THANK YOU!!!
    PS- Hannah, here is a link to my Homefront Page. It sounds like all of the options are for the premium version, though. Maybe the free version is for blogs more than stores…???
    Should I go ahead and just buy the premium version? Is it better for a store, SRO-wise and all? It’s not too expensive and I want to do what will genuinely be best for my tiny, home-run business.
    THANK YOU A MILLION!!!!

    Again, I need a login to see your link:)
    You can see the virtue features here- https://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/virtue-premium-features/
    The store in both free and premium use woocommerce, but the premium version does have more shop settings/features.

    Hi Hannah! That link that I posted 14 hours ago is what you’ll see. Can I send my login info directly to you? Do you have an email address where I can send it? I guess it doesn’t really matter if it’s here (I’ll change it anyway), but I’d rather not post it publicly.
    I don’t know that I really need the premium version. I want a website so basic… But I certainly want to do what’s best. Does the premium version come with better SEO or is that the same? I’ll look some more. ??
    THANK YOU!!!

    Hi! I’ve added the Page Builder by SiteOrigin and it has made this so much easier- thank you!!!
    Do you happen to know how I change the text and center it under my category pics (on my main/front/home page)?

    PS- I added the Visual Editor widget, but don’t see where or how I can change my font…????

    Ok… So… somehow my Vintage Jewelry products are on my Accessories page. What have I done wrong?
    What I want is very simple… all I want are the appropriate products on the appropriate pages. Accessories should be on the Accessories page. Vintage Jewelry should be on the Vintage Jewelry page, etc. If I have 100 products, I would like to have 5 pages with those products on them (I prefer 24 products/page).
    I am SO sorry to keep bothering you! Thank you for your help! I appreciate you!

    (@sleeneys)

    Also, I would like to have more than one product/row. Ex: I would like 4 columns and 6 rows of products/page.
    Thank you!!!

    (@sleeneys)

    I can use a shortcode if that is easier than this page builder. I don’t know what to use, though, to make the appropriate page have the appropriate products.

    (@sleeneys)

    I’m trying to use this shortcode:
    [recent_products per_page=”12″ columns=”4″].
    How can I specify this to show specific products on the appropriate page. Ex: vintage jewelry products on my vintage jewelry page. I tried to change it to [vintage_jewelry_products per_page=”24″ columns=”4″] but that did not work. I’ll keep playing with it. I changed it to “24” b/c that’s how many products per page I would like to have…
    THANK YOU!!

    I think I got it! I’ve added this code:
    [product_category category=”vintage jewelry” per_page=”24″ columns=”4″ orderby=”name”]
    and it seems to work. :)!!!!!!!!
