• Hi, I had two different images in the footer 1 and footer 3 widget areas on our homepage, but when I changed one of them today, it has somehow linked the two areas so that the same image (and header text) appears in both and I can’t seem to undo this. Are you able to point me to what I am doing wrong?
    Thanks

  • What does the configuration look like in the Appearance->Widgets page for the Footer 1 and Footer 3 sections? This should be the only place where that content can be defined.

Not quite sure what happened but looks like the widgets you have in there now may be related to the Image Widget ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/image-widget/ ) plugin based upon the source code I’m seeing on the site.

    Thanks for your reply
    I took a screenshot but then realised I can’t attach images here/
Yes, it is Image Widget I’m using – does that mean I should be contacting those guys?

The simplest way to share images here is to upload them to snipboard.io, and then paste the link here. Or you can add them to your media library, and share the media file URL here.

If you’re using that plugin to add the images, then please ask their support about this, yes, as that means this isn’t something that the theme controls.
