Footer Images Stretching

I recently joined a topsite for guns, and for some reason the footer keeps stretching their tracking image’s size out of proportion. I tried specifying exact image dimensions in HTML, but I believe it’s being overridden. I’m not an expert with CSS, but I’m guessing something in the coding is causing this. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this issue?
