Importing second time is not working

    I have imported all the products from my store to shopify store. But due to some reasons only 50% imported and rest were not. So I deleted all the products from shopify and tried to import it again.

    But everytime, it skips the products and not importing it again.
    Can you help me on that?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    For the issue of importing 50% for the first time, you may check the log to see the specific reason why the product is not imported. Some common reasons: https://docs.villatheme.com/w2s-migrate-woocommerce-to-shopify/#configuration_child_menu_7960

    For the second import, it’ll only import the new products that has not been imported before, even if you remove those imported products on Shopify, the plugin still remembers and ignores the imported ones.

    The “Check exist” option is for this case, but it’s available in the premium version only.
