Footer Info Gone

After the latest theme update, the Footer Info (text/copyright) has been pushed downward and out of sight. No browser is able to scroll completely down to view it. The browser’s scroll bar shows there is some remaining scrolling, but unable to do it. I tried this with Chrome, IE, and FF and on two different computers. Mobile is fine.
