Footer is hanging in the side of the background

I pasted the HTML of the footer in to the message window of this help forum in order to show the code itself, but it displays the links as finished text instead of the raw HTML.

Maybe the raw HTML doesn’t show the cause of the problem anyway.

In case it could, though, I’ll take out the first < bracket in front of a href for each link.

Really, I just am trying to get the footer to go back to the bottom of the site where it belongs so it isn’t hanging in the background.
