footer is missing from my site

  • im using jannah 3 on my site. my footer is missing I don’t know when and how it happened.
    please help in fixing

  • Check the theme settings and see if the footer elements are enabled on the theme options page: https://jannah.helpscoutdocs.com/article/33-footer-settings

    All my footer options are enabled but a few days ago my footer suddenly disappeared even though I did not update any plugin, theme, or WordPress version. And I think my footer has been overwrite because if I make any changes in the footer from the jannah theme footer options the changes get reverted back to before.

    Did you check with Themeforest It looks like you are running a professional theme? They should provide support.

    Jannah 3 doesn’t appear in the repository for www.ads-software.com. When I searched for it, the only result for jannah theme appears on themeforest.net. You should try asking there. You could probably look at your style.css header information to see who developed the theme. It should have an author URL listed.
