Footer jumps to the middle of page

  • Hi all,

    My site: https://www.burnham-rnli.org.uk has a weird problem.

    In IE7 the footer keeps jumping to the middle of the page, this normally happens if you scroll or change the screen resolution.

    Oddly a refresh of the page makes the footer return to the bottom but thats obviously not acceptable.

    Any ideas?
