  • No, you should not do it that way. Style information is stored in the CSS. A link to your page would help you to write a suitable CSS code, which you can simply paste. Or you can contact the support of your theme – maybe they have their own solution.

    threadi: you mean I better don’t do it on menu section, what if I will leave what will happen?

    If you leave it, the menu item will be stuck on that color no matter what else you do. It makes updating your site to a new theme difficult when colors are managed that way. We should always strive to separate any styling cues from HTML. For that same reason we should avoid element style attributes and even the !important CSS modifier unless it’s absolutely necessary.

    There’s almost always a way to style a particular element the way you want with CSS without resorting to element styling.

    If nothing else, the backend menu display can get messy and difficult to read ??
