Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with the footer menu. It is not displayed in one line, but the first menu-link is somehow set lower than the rest. I could not find out what caused this problem.

    Thanks in advance!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I created a new bypass-link for maintenance-mode. The Issue appears only on the front-page.

    Hi @delightgrafik,

    sorry for the delay here.

Can you please try to remove the “Datenschutzerkl?rung” link from your menu and add it again? It’s strange because there are 2 links inside that menu item. The first one is empty causing the bug.

Please let me know if that works for you or if it makes any difference at all.

    Thanks! ??

    Best,
    David

Thanks for the reply. That’s really strange. I removed every single menu link and added it again. I also deleted the whole menu and created a new one with a different name. But it doesn’t change anything. :-/

    Thanks, Matthias

Can you please try to disable all other 3rd party plugins for a second to see if a plugin is causing this?

    Alright, let’s try this:

What happens if you create a new page and add it to the menu replacing the “Datenschutz” page. Does that make any difference?

Does reordering cause the same issue to the first menu item or is it happening only to the “Datenschutz” menu item?

Reordering does not help, it’s always the first link that is lower.

It’s not an issue of a specific link, when I cancel one from the menu, the next one jumps down.

    Really weird!

    Thanks, Matthias

I figured it’s only happening on that one page and I now know why ??

There’s something wrong with that bubble that links to an email address. Can you please double check it and maybe rebuild that part? I think the link tag that’s linking to the email address is not being closed so it causes issues further down in the footer.
