Footer message or number of email invites

I can not save the settings for the invite. When I try to change the footer and the number of invites and press save it all looks good. but once I change to a different screen and come back to the general settings page the change did not stay.

Specially it will not allow me to change the default error in the message that has PTURL%% instead of %%ACCEPTURL%%. This is a problem for me because I have a close site and no one can enter it without in invite.

Also, I tried to wipe the all content from the footer box and save. I would show back as corrected. But once I leave the page and come back again it’s the same as before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
