Footer Missing

  • Hey there,

    My footer is missing on my client’s site. I love your theme and don’t seem to have an issue when the theme is installed on my hosted sites, but when hosted on the client’s host the footer comes up missing. Can you please take a look and tell me if it’s a bug in the theme?

    Hi 1-JAH,

    please go to “Appearance > Widgets” and verify that you have placed some widgets into at least one of the footer widget areas:

    Footer left widget area
    Footer middle widget area
    Footer right widget area
    Footer notices

    If all the widget areas are empty, the footer section isn’t displayed. If your problem continues, please try to deactivate all your installed plugins to verify that your issue isn’t caused by a plugin conflict.
