Footer not in footer area

So, the footer seems to not be wanting to go to the bottom ??

My pages that I make through Wp-admin all look like the top link, and none of my pages/posts will accept HTML…. Anytime I add any sort of HTML, be it for the heading of a post or w/e… It always messes everything up.
