Footer not moving when toggles are opened

  • Hello. When I expend some FAQ questions (toggle open) the text starts to hide behind my footer. I’m trying to figure out how to get the body of the page to adjust when an FAQ opens so that text does not hide under the footer. You can see here https://americas.themicam.com/faqs. Thank you for any advice. I’m using WPBakery Page Builder and Salient Theme.

    Hi vickistep,

    The issue appears to be with the WPBakery page builder plugin. Specifically, the middle column where the FAQ shortcode is kept has a specific height set.

    Here’s a screenshot of where the height is being applied:

    If you edit the middle column in your page layout, is there some ‘height’ applied somewhere in those settings?

    Thank you that was helpful. Incase anyone else is experiencing this issue with WPBakery – I gave my column a custom class and then with page-specific CSS I set the height of the column to auto. That did the trick.
