Footer Not Showing, But Header Does

I am using Elementor Header & Footer Builder version 1.6.21

Elementor version 3.18.2

Elementor Pro version 3.18.1

Before updating these plugins, I had no issue getting the footer to show. It seemed that after I updated the plugins, I no longer get the footer to show. I can have my header show, and both are set with the same “entire website” setting.

I have the .json file downloaded with the footer template. How do I share that with you?

Additionally, I have another website using different versions of these plugins and the footer shows just fine.

We recently released v1.6.22. Please update the plugin and see if it fixes the issue.

As regard sharing the Footer template (the .json) file, you can upload it to your Google Drive or another service, then share the link to the uploaded file here.

Hi, I have the same issue like @andrew911. The Problems came when I updated version 1.6.21 to 1.6.22. I uploaded a backup which still had version 1.6.21 and diactivated automatically updates for the plugin. That was my solution for now.

For my latest project which I started toady the Issue ist still present with the latest version 1.6.22.

I am trying to replicate this on my dev site, however, I am unable to replicate it. Both the custom Header and Footer created using this plugin are showing up. Refer to this video, please.

I have just the same settings like you. I dont know, maybe it is the template that I am using which is having a bug.

Or maybe it is because I dont have Elementor pro?

I noticed one more thing. Header and Footer wont show up under the “edit with elementor” in the Admin-Bar. Normally you can access header and footer from there but both are missing

What versions of the plugins are you using in that video?

This plugin doesn’t require Elementor Pro and will work with only Elementor Free.

@andrew911, I am using the latest current version, v1.6.22.

Good day! i am having the same issues… the footers disappeared in most of my sites. others appear and some no longer appear. the headers are fine. but footers. no.
