Footer padding above, how to ?

    This must be a simple thing im missing here.
    The last block on my page.
    I have the bottom padding set at say 70 px. This is a reuseable block.

    However when I view the page the footer is right up against it, no padding at all.

    So im guessing there is a footer setting for padding above but I cant find it.
    Any ideas.

    sorry its not live yet…
    but as a work around i added some blank space using the footer top row which wasnt being used for anything.
    so im ok at present but im sure the way ive done it isnt ideal.
