Footer problem in IE

Hi,
When I view my blog, https://blog.trevorcreech.com in Firefox, it works fine, my XHTML and CSS validate. However, when I open it up in IE, I get buggy behaviour with the footer. Its height keeps changing, even between scrolling up and scrolling back down again. Is this some kind of known issue, and is there a hack to get around it?
