Footer Scroll Photos with Links

  • Hello,

    I am currently running the Petcare theme By Lee Grant Version 1.0.4, and I am wondering if it has the functionality to add scrolling areas.

    Basically, the site currently lists professional associations down by the footer but they are all in 1 image file so I can’t link out to each one. Instead, I would like this to scroll with separate images that link out to each association.

    Does anyone know if this is possible with the current theme?
