Hello Team Woo PDF Invoices,

I need your help with the footer of the Invoice template.

I noticed that the footer does not appear at all on the pdf documents which are attached to the e-mails: https://ibb.co/9GbZPf4

However I can see it if we check the invoice via one of the button generating the invoice via the website: https://ibb.co/gRbRyKk

And it is added in the settings: https://ibb.co/Xpq0gnG

Could you help me make sure it appears also on the PDF document sent by email? Is there anything to do to enable it the PDF document sent by email?

Hi @sophie2e,

Is this happening with documents for new orders, too?

Please note that the values for the shop settings, including the footer, are fetched and stored in the invoice data at the moment of generating the document, and not updated when you perform changes in the plugin’s settings later. This way, the updates you made in the future will not affect older PDF invoices, that is the required behavior for the tax authorities in most countries.

However, if the above is not the case, it could be caused by WPML. You have mentioned in a different topic that you wanted to translate the footer, but our free main version is not prepared to work with multilingual setups, as I explained here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/footer-terms-conditions-strings-translated-but-not-shown/#post-17456489
