Footer: Text not selectable, links not clickable

    – I added simple text and links to the “BEFORE THE </BODY> CLOSING TAG (FOOTER)” part in “Header and footer”.
    – The text and links show up.
    – The text is not selectable with the mouse.
    – The links are not clickable with the mouse.
    What am I doing wrong?
