Footer Widget Image As A Link

I have added an image to my footer widget and I want to make the image link to the contact us page. Could you please tell me how to do this?

The actual contact page is currently hidden because I cannot figure out why my contact page Google reCaptcha is not functioning properly. I have posted a support request for that issue as well.
