Footer Widget not appearing

I’m not sure If Previous or Latest updates have changed this option but I remember not long ago I was able to go to Appearance > Widgets and drop custom menus into the Footer 1, Footer 2, Footer 3 but Unfortunately I’m unable to see these options in Widgets Section. Do I need to add a specific code to get this option back.
