Footer Widget Section Gets Automatically hidden

This seems to be an issue from theme. It would be great to raise a support ticket to them to solve this issue.

I though that, but using the Duplicator plugin i have copied the website to another url – https://demo.perfectwebmaker.com/ where it’s working fine. so got confused & raised the query here.

The only difference is, hosting.

Is there everything rest same i.e. php version ?

different php version, 7.1 for original website & 7.3 for duplicate website.

Should i change for original?

Also, along with the footer issue, it overwrites the theme default logo.

It’s my primary guess that maybe php version is the reason if nothing else is different. You can give it a try. Change the php version to the one that is matching with your working site and check if the issue is resolved.

Hi @shridsan2010 ,

I would suggest to contact theme developer in this case.

Also, try deactivating plugins one by one maybe a plugin conflict is occurring. It sometimes happens.

Regarding site redirections
Check if any URLs are harcoded in the theme or plugin. This is not good sign that your site is getting redirected to some other site unless you have provided the URLs.

about that redirection, is the website got hacked? because everytime its getting redirected to other website.
