footnote text showing after update

My footnotes display superscript so it might be something with the fix you are trying.

@lhopkin mine didn’t have superscript on a fresh plugin install. That’s with no modifications whatsoever.

Mine are superscript, red, with a “)” behind it.
So a) but red and superscript.

I’m really sorry for the delay. We’ve just released a new version (1.3.0).

All known bugs are fixed and we added a feature to allow the user to add custom CSS for personal styling of the footnotes and the reference container.

Thanks for the updated version Stefan. I just re-activated the plugin and updated it. It seems to be working fine now minus the superscript.

thanks for your reply. You can customize your stylesheet to have a “better” superscript.
just try out something like:

.footnote_plugin_tooltip_text > sup {
top: -0.5em !important;
}
