footnotes in blog listing page

Footnotes added before the “Insert Read More tag” enable the
references section on the blog listings page. Allow footnotes on
Summarized Posts in footnotes settings is set to No. For an example,
please see https://www.steffentoatesdc.com/blog/ article on 29th
October among others.Also The format of the end footnote tag matters. Not sure if this by
design but setting the end tag to italic caused the footnote not to
recognise the tag. Start tag is “((” and end tag is “))”.
