Footnotes no longer work on wp

    Ever since 3.2 came out, footnotes have stopped working on wordpress. I’ve described the particular issue I’m having here.

    I’ve got quite a few posts that I can’t put up until this is resolved. Can anyone give me any ideas on why the problem exists or how to resolve it?
