fopen warning and duplicated path segments

    I have a complete scan, but the last line is
    [Mar 30 12:15:57] Warning: fopen(/home/account/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/home/account/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/layerslider.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/acco

    I’ve replaced the account ID and the directory with “account” and “blog” respectively.

    The file in question does exist at the correct path, /home/account/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/layerslider.php. What’s causing this path segment repeat, and how can I fix it?
