    If you need to contact the developer for any of the following:

    1. Payment issues for the “pro” or “premium” version of this plugin.
    3. Pre-sales questions about the “pro” or “premium” version of this plugin.
    4. Any issues with contacting the developer on their site.

    Then do not post on this site here.

    If the developer’s contact page is not working then despite what may be posted there, the developer cannot use this these forums for that purpose. That is not permitted for anyone and those topics will be archived when found.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
