• Unfortunately this is only good for a basic business. I could not edit some sections we differentiate from standard. For example we accept 35 days returns but only for not discounted products and 14 days if discounted products are not opened. According the new EU regulations should a pdf of the T&C sent with the order – this cannot be set.

    Hi @perties,

Thanks for your feedback. I created https://eful-crane-kede.instawp.xyz/terms-conditions/

To show you can edit the page to your liking as explained here; https://complianz.io/editing-terms-conditions/

Following the edit, you or visitors can download the PDF if needed. In this case on #28.

You can use this PDF in WooCommerce if so desired. Or upload the PDF and use the PDF in the order confirmation, maybe even beter is use the link in the T&C itself so the the PDF is always the latest iteration.

Sending the PDF automatically with orders as a setting in our plugin is something better left to WooCommerce as they handle orders and confirmations, in my humble opinion.

I hope this creates an opportunity to still use our plugins, thanks again.

    regards Aert

If I understand correctly you are suggesting the replace paragraph of standard text with our conditions text using str_replace function. Am I correct?
You are right about the pdf sending with order. EU requires to attach it at the moment of order creating ??

    Hi @perties,

You can use str_replace to keep the synchronization. But in the sidebar of both Classic en Gutenberg (also if you’re using a page builder) you can unsync the document and adjust it directly in the editor. The PDF download will contain your edits as well, as it uses the current page. Not what is generated in the wizard.

    Hope this helps, regards Aert
