• Update: 23.06.15 We found a solution and now I can use the Prof. Plan. Plugin and support finaly works fine.

    ===================
Actually a good program, but there is a paypal problem with german payment and not working for monthly order.

The company is not willing to allow me a manual payment for monthly Premium Version. They insist that I am committed to 12 months and pay directly for 12 months to get the premium version.

There was also no way for a compromise on eg. 3 months Premium Membership/Update Plan.
Real shame, but I do not buy premium a plugin ( there are many other good free rating plugins out there ), where you never know how wordpress developed and whether the premium features are as I need them.

    Result: Uninstall.

@3task I understand your frustration. But we just don’t have the resources to handle manual payments for periods shorter than 12 months.

With regards to testing the premium version, we’d be more than happy to give you additional 7-day trial period to test the premium features.

Let me know if you are interested.

@vovafeldman I don’t need it for 7 days. I need the Google Rich snippets and put the copyright links away.
    7 days don’t help.

1 month regular term is out of proportion to 12 months. I’m not paying for it 12 months in advance for a plugin, where I dont know how Google responds and how the WordPress development continue.
I do not earn money with my Website where I want to use your plugin…because of it, its not a option for me to pay that much money.

If I known that before, that it does not work from Germany with monthly paypal payment option, I never would have given all the work to set up everything that was a lot of work.

Perhaps you should be fair and write something about this fact on your website, let everyone know that German purchasers can not pay a monthly order.

Why is it not possible to pay by standing order, automatic per month from my bank?

    Kind regards

You said at your first message you want to test it, so 7 days is a decent period for testing. Anyways, as mentioned in our private messages – the reason monthly doesn’t work for Germany is due to the country’s regulations. I did suggest to call you and subscribe you manually with a credit card, but it doesn’t work for you. I’m truly sorry, we did try to do the best to help you out. But like many other services, we can’t cover all payment use-cases.

I recommend you to check YASR plugin, which is developed by a fellow plugin developer and it’s a great plugin as well.

Hi @3task, we are still working on that to enable customers like you to upgrade. Unfortunately, it will take us another 2-3 months to get it done. Sorry ??

No exceptions? Yes I want to buy this Upgrade, but I cant afford for 12 month. I dont understand why it dont work with paypal? I have buy much international Plugins with paypal payments. Or can I make a one time Payment for this 2-3 month until you find a solution?

The reason it doesn’t work with PayPal is since we are creating recurring profile for monthly users (so we can charge your PayPal on a monthly basis), and due to Germany’s financial regulations – recurring profiles are not allowed.

I guess that you purchased other plugins with one-time annual payment.

Since we understand the inconvenience and we do want to help you out, please send an email to [email protected] and we’ll help you to pre-pay for 3 months.
