For Large thumbnail, how to get title/content to align next to it?

I have animated pics and it seems not to work well with thumbnail size medium & small so selecting LARGE is now having my title/content go under the image which looks confusing.
How am I able to left-float the LARGE image while allowing the title/content to be next to it?
