    Now that there is so many Facebook “Big share button” plugins on the market, I’d have to say that this is one of the most professionally made, and I list it for it’s features and reliability. It’s been out since 2013 (that being the dawn of facebook share buttons) and to this day continues to be popular.

    To solve your problem:

    When you move your website to another host make sure that all your url′s do not change than the old share count will be automatically restored.
