• I keep getting my contacts set back as Lead. Even when they have a WooCommerce order linked to them. Maybe automatically set a contact to customer when they have a paid order.
Also the company could be automatically linked to the contact. And also set to Customer instead of lead.
Some Dutch translations are missing, eg. Lead/Customer/Refused/etc.
The quote templates and quoting part can generate more professional looking quotes in my opinion. (examples enough on google)

    Hello @dynaworkx,

Thanks for sharing the feedback and for reporting the issue you’re experiencing.

While it would be better if you could start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome, I am going to reply to your instances quickly one by one as follows.

I keep getting my contacts set back as Lead. Even when they have a WooCommerce order linked to them. Maybe automatically set a contact to customer when they have a paid order.

We have a step-by-step guide to change that on this page:

    https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/woosync-imported-all-customers-as-lead-status/

If you keep having problems with it, please start a new thread in the forum so we can investigate further.

Also the company could be automatically linked to the contact. And also set to Customer instead of lead.

We have a feature request about it for our developers to consider; I added your +1 interest in getting it deployed.

Some Dutch translations are missing, eg. Lead/Customer/Refused/etc.

That depends on the percentage of translations done in Dutch at the moment.

You can help translate WordPress into your language anytime and when you want to. As an open-source project, all the members of the Polyglots team are volunteers.

Getting started is easy! Simply log in to the translation platform and start suggesting translations. A validator will then check and approve them for you:

You can find the Jetpack CRM translations here:

The quote templates and quoting part can generate more professional looking quotes in my opinion. (examples enough on google)

We’ll be happy to take notes and create a feature request about that if you can provide more detailed information (ie screenshots, links etc), so to provide our developers with an excellent basis to consider the improvement.

Again, opening a dedicated forum thread will make our job much easier ??

I do agree with the quotes part

Why cant we use the same invoice output for quotes ?

quotes templates are basically a blank page…

how can i get a quote look like an invoice ? as on normal invoicing tools on the market ( i used a lot of tools such as xero or quickbooks)

    thank you

Why cant we use the same invoice output for quotes ?

Jetpack CRM treats quotes and invoices as two separate things.

You can use the Quote Builder to create a template that can be used on all quotes. This guide explains how to use that:

    https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/how-do-i-create-a-quote/

Similarly, you can create templates for your invoices, as explained here:

    https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/templating-how-to-change-templates-pdfs-portal-emails/

It’s not possible to use the same template for quotes and invoices. However, you can create a template for each that looks similar to each other.
