Please suggest plugin

we need to show a directory of profile to the users of their invitee members (by e-mail use plugin invite any one), member in tree form.also a user can add their friends and relative name , mobile numbers and e-mail manually in the directory.and
any one can log in with
user id- any one the three- user name,e-mail or mobile number
Pass word- as they enter

but for manual entry of name,e-mail or mobile number

user id- pick from directory (user name,e-mail or mobile number)
Pass word- any default/fix password can send to their mobile and user can change their pass word.
