No support for PRO version??

  • I bought PRO version, i have asked for support via email as plugin developers asked and they DONT answer. In the advanced-woo-search.com website if you buy the PRO version it says:

    Priority Support
    You will benefit of our full support for any issues you have with this plugin.

    Why does support is not giving support to a customer?
