For SEO is “-amp” or “?amp” URL will be better?

I am using the plugin “https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/amp/” for creating AMP Pages.The Plugin by default adds “/?amp” to the AMP Pages. In few of the sites I saw “/-amp/” for the amp pages. So my question is if /-amp/ or /?amp/ would be more SEO friendly..
