Please, change these settings:

• WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
• → set the option “Set cookies” to “Auto” →
• → set the option “Use CleanTalk JavaScript library” to “On” → Save Changes.

Then clear your website cache. Make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less.

Hello, I am having a similar problem receiving the same message when we try to submit a form. I did “Set cookies” to “Auto” and “Use CleanTalk JavaScript library” to “On” → Save Changes. Then purged cache. Please help.

EDIT: Just now upgraded to new version of Clean Talk and was able to submit a form. Waiting on other users to test.

Could you try to set the“Set cookies” to “Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)”?

Hello, I found the problem is still there, CleanTalk is still blocking my user’s registation and form submission.
