    I installed the plugin and next day saw (1 spam blocked), so I tested by opening google chrome browser and entered as if I was the customer with valid email etc… and got blocked????????!

    I now have two options, fix this OR uninstall the plugin.

    so, first I’ll try to fix this issue if it can be.

    HOW???????????????????

    Now it is working properly? I’m confused, same text as before and same browser and same page. Did not refresh the page.

    I am experiencing the same error message with Safari browser on a popup I have installed which is generated by Thrive plugin. When I enter name and email and submit I get the error message. When I deactivate Cleantalk there is no error message.
    Can you help?

    We suppose the reason is an incompatibility of CleanTalk and Thrive.

    To solve the issue we need to do a test with.
